As an Athlone Service Consultant West, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing exceptional client service, fulfilling, and exceeding their needs. You’ll be the face of Capitec Bank, representing our brand and values, and using our Global One product offering to support our clients in banking better and living better.
What Do I Need to Qualify?
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you’ll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- A Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational qualification
- A minimum of 3 to 6 months’ previous client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment (or a relevant tertiary qualification if you don’t have experience)
- Basic knowledge of:
- Calculations
- Retail/consumer service environment
But, If You’re Ideal…
We’re looking for candidates with more than 1 year’s client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment. You should also have a demonstrated track record of engaging in sales and client-facing environments. Additionally, having a relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a similar field, or certification in Finance or Banking, would be a bonus.
What Skills Do I Need to Succeed?
To excel in this role, you’ll need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
