What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Resolution Officer, you’ll be responsible for processing, investigating, and resolving customer complaints and queries in an efficient manner. You’ll provide a high level of service and improve the customer experience for Rental Finance customers. You’ll also be responsible for processing and managing special daily debit orders.
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a complaint/query resolution capacity
- Customer care and service protocol (including telephone query resolution etiquette)
- Ideal candidates will have:
- 2+ years banking experience in a complaint/query resolution capacity
- Customer service experience and administration in a Business Services environment
- Exposure to BaNCS, Debit Card (Postilian), Credit Card systems (CQLS) is advantageous
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Ideal candidates will have:
- Certification in Communication
Knowledge:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have:
- Knowledge of banking products
- Customer services principles
- Complaint/query resolution processes
- Ideal candidates will have:
- Call centre processes, systems, and procedures
- Understanding of business services and banking products
- Good understanding of the entire MBL product and service range
Skills:
You’ll need to possess:
- Excellent communications skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Influencing skills
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Willingness to work regular shifts, weekends, or rotational standbys
