Job Requirements

  • Minimum:
    • 1-2 years’ experience in a contact centre environment
    • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • Ideal:
    • Experience in a banking environment
    • Additional qualifications in a related field (e.g. business administration, customer service)

Conditions of Employment

  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Willing to work regular shifts, weekends, or rotational standbys
