What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for energetic and motivated individuals who share our passion for service in the banking industry. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the vision and strategy of our Business Unit through the development and implementation of innovative business processes and models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative business processes and models to enhance the functioning of the Business Unit in line with its strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and translate Divisional strategies and regulatory requirements into a business area target operating model.
- Manage / leadership experience and proven experience in data analytics, business model design, business process development or improvement, operationalisation of new business process solutions and improvements.
- Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, TOC, Business Improvement, Agile, and other relevant areas.
- Developing a business case and client experience / client journey mapping.
- Process frameworks (Strategy, Planning, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Assets, Procurement, Production) and process simulation modelling and financial modelling.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering.
- Proven experience in data analytics, business model design, business process development or improvement, operationalisation of new business process solutions and improvements.
- Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, TOC, Business Improvement, Agile.
- Translating Divisional strategies and regulatory requirements into a business area target operating model.
- Management / leadership experience.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is required.
- Contactable via own mobile phone.
- Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
