About the Role:

As a Consultant: Complaints Management – West, you will be responsible for effectively resolving insurance escalated and regulatory complaints within agreed timeframes. Your goal will be to ensure fair and consistent outcomes for policyholders while upholding regulatory compliance and company standards. You will also focus on client retention and influence continuous business improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a long-term insurance complaint management environment
  • In-depth knowledge of policy administration and claims processes
  • Root cause and trend analysis methods and processes
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce / Law
  • RE5 (ideally)
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank systems (ideally)
  • Knowledge of long-term insurance regulatory environment (FAIS, PPR, FSCA, LTI Act, etc.)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Complaint Resolution and Root Cause Analysis
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Development
  • Contributing to Continuous Systems and Process Improvement
  • Record-Keeping and reporting
