About the Job:

As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for calling defaulting clients and negotiating repayment of loans, with the goal of maximizing client retention and minimizing bad debt. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

• Call defaulting clients to negotiate repayment of loans
• Maximize client retention and minimize bad debt
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries
• Use predictive dialler and other call centre software to manage calls and client interactions

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of collections experience (previous call centre experience is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with people from all walks of life
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clear criminal and credit record
