Your Career Challenge:
As a Bank Better Champion, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and ensuring a seamless experience at our branch. You will be the face of our bank, and your role will be to provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and help clients with their transactions on our ATM, online banking, or other self-service channels. Your goal will be to exceed client expectations and make their banking experience memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and provide a warm and friendly smile
- Assist clients with their transactions and answer any queries they may have
- Ensure the branch is running smoothly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues
- Help clients with their online banking, mobile banking, and other self-service channels
- Build relationships with clients and provide them with tailored solutions to their banking needs
Requirements:
- Grade 12 National Certificate or equivalent
- No experience is required, but having some client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment is ideal
- Basic calculations and communication skills are essential
- Clarity and understanding of your aspirations, being ambitious and eager to learn are also essential
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes will be advantageous
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of banking branch environments
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
