Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences and tailoring our services to meet their individual needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Identify opportunities to improve our services and processes, implementing changes that will enhance the client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, providing clients with accurate and relevant information to help them make informed decisions

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
