About the Job:
As a Bank Better Champion, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning. You will provide excellent customer service, assist clients at the ATM, and complete transactions on remote or self-service channels. This is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning
- Provide excellent customer service and assist clients at the ATM
- Complete transactions on remote or self-service channels
- Gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting
Requirements:
- No experience required, but individual must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
- Some client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment is ideal
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Ideal qualifications include a certificate in customer service or a related field
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic calculations
- How to engage with people
- Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn
- Knowledge of bank branch environments
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
Computer Literacy:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
