About the Role:
As a Service Consultant LP, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing top-notch client service, meeting and exceeding their needs, and promoting our Global One product offering to help them Bank Better and Live Better. If you’re a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring that clients’ needs are met and exceeded
- Promote and sell Capitec Bank’s products and services to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets
- Stay up-to-date with internal business processes, procedures, and policies
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience:
- 3-6 months of client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment
- OR, a relevant tertiary qualification with no experience
- Ideal Experience:
- More than 1 year of client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment
- Demonstrated track record of engaging in sales and client-facing environments
- Qualifications:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- OR, a relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or similar
- OR, certification in Finance or Banking
- Knowledge:
- Basic calculations
- Retail/consumer service environment
- Capitec Bank Products
- Internal business processes and procedures
- Organisational Policies, including the Branch Credit Granting Policy principles (BCGP)
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Conditions of Employment:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
