Job Description: Bank Better Champion LP

As a Bank Better Champion LP, you will be responsible for welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning, providing excellent client service, and assisting clients at the ATM and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.

Experience

  • Minimum: No experience required, but you must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
  • Ideal: Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • Knowledge of bank branch environments.
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal).

Knowledge

  • Minimum:
    • Basic calculations
    • How to engage with people
    • Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn.
  • Ideal:
    • Knowledge of bank branch environments
    • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)

Skills

  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
