About the Job:
As a Business Manager at Capitec Bank, you will be responsible for providing a proactive business banking sales and service management function that will retain and grow a portfolio of business clients. You will identify and implement value-adding and specialized business banking financial products solutions from a range of standard and/or customized offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex portfolio of business customers with a service and financial analysis focus
- Prepare and motivate credit applications
- Control costs and manage sales
- Analyze and apply CRM insights to influence client management approach and strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in Business Banking
- Experience in managing a complex portfolio of business customers
- Significant experience in preparing and motivating credit applications
- Cost control and sales management experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management or Finance
Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Finance
- 1-2 years of managerial/leadership experience
- 1-2 years of managing a small business center
