Job Summary:

We’re on the lookout for energetic, self-motivated individuals who share our passion for service in the banking industry. As a Bank Better Champion West, you’ll be responsible for welcoming clients, coordinating branch flow, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers the perfect opportunity to gain knowledge, skills, and experience in service consulting.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow to ensure efficient queue functioning
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with transactions on remote or self-service channels
• Gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve branch goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• Ideal Qualifications:
  • Some client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
• Skills:
  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
• Knowledge:
  • Basic calculations
  • How to engage with people
  • Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn
• Ideal Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of bank branch environments
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)

Conditions of Employment:

• Clear criminal and credit record
• Must have fingerprints which are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
