What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
As a Bank Better Champion East, your primary responsibility will be to welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning, providing excellent client service and assisting clients at the ATM and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels. You will also gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum:
- No experience required, but you must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Basic calculations
- Ability to engage with people
- Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn
- Ideal:
- Some client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment
- Knowledge of bank branch environments
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)
Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills
Conditions of Employment
To be eligible for this role, you will need to meet the following conditions:
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Must have fingerprints that are detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
