Purpose Statement

As a Bank Better Champion West, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning
  • Providing excellent client service and assisting clients at the ATM
  • Completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels

Experience

  • No experience required, but you must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
  • Ideal candidates will have some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
