Who Can Apply?
BMW is looking for young, ambitious individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Age: Between 18 and 34 years old.
- Status: Must have completed your studies, be unemployed, and not have participated in a Y4Y program before.
- Qualifications: A University Degree or National Diploma in any of these fields:
- Business and Management: Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance
- Human Resources: HR or Industrial Psychology
- Technology & Design: IT, Graphic Design (UX-focused), Computer Science, Programming (JAVA, SAP, ABAP)
- Finance: Accounting, Economics, Tax, Internal Auditing
- Engineering & Sciences: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering
- Media & Communication: Journalism, Public Relations, Communications
- Other Fields: Marketing, Law (LLB), Political Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Teaching, Early Learning Centre
