What You’ll Do Every Day
Help Customers
- Answer questions about the products on the shelf.
- Load purchases into customers’ trucks or carts safely.
- Keep a friendly, professional attitude at all times.
Move and Display Stock
- Receive new items and put them in the right place.
- Pack and unpack boxes without damaging anything.
- Make sure the shelves look neat and are always stocked.
- Check that the display follows the store’s standards.
Keep the Depot Running Smoothly
- Clean the floor and keep the aisles tidy.
- Carry out basic housekeeping tasks.
- Follow all safety rules while lifting or moving items.
Work With the Team
- Support coworkers so the day runs without a hitch.
- Respect the company’s values and workplace rules.
- Help out with any other retail or depot duties when needed.
What You Need to Have
Education
- Finished Grade 12 or hold an NQF 4 qualification.
Experience (nice to have)
- Some time spent in a shop, warehouse or a similar setting.
- Knowing anything about Johnson’s clothing lines is a plus, but not required.
Physical & Legal Requirements
- Able to lift and move boxes, stand for long periods and work outdoors.
- No criminal record.
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays as the roster decides.
