Mopani District Municipality invites qualified applicants to apply for its Learnership Programme vacancies. The closing date for applications is 28 August 2026.
Mopani District Municipality is looking for young people who are not working to join a range of learning‑and‑work programmes. These programmes are paid, last from 12 to 24 months and are funded by the Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LGSETA) and the Regional Agricultural Management Services (RAMS).
Who can apply?
The learnerships are open to South Africans aged 18 to 40 who have the right school or college certificates for the chosen field. If you have the required qualification, you can apply for any of the positions below.

What you need to send
To be considered, you must include the following documents with your application:
- Cover letter – clearly state which learnership or internship you are applying for.
- Updated CV – list your education, any work experience, skills and volunteer work.
- Certified copy of your ID – both the front and back sides must be certified.
- Certified copies of qualifications – make sure they match the requirements of the chosen programme.
Check that all papers are legible and signed where a certification is required. A weak cover letter or missing certificate can cause your application to be rejected.
