What is the Learnership Programme?
Mopani District Municipality, together with the Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LGSETA) and RAMS, is offering a set of learn‑ship and internship opportunities for young people who are currently out of work.
The programme is aimed at South Africans aged 18‑40 who have the right certificates and want practical experience in areas such as water management, public service, finance, engineering, and environmental work.
A learnership combines on‑the‑job training with classroom learning, so participants get a recognised qualification while they earn a monthly stipend.

All programmes are open to unemployed youth who meet the listed qualification requirements.
