- Teach customers – talk about payment benefits, the National Credit Act, and the Fashion Delivery Service.
- Update details – change contact info, payment status and any other relevant data while you talk.
- Write accurate notes – record what was discussed so the next agent can pick up where you left off.
- Follow call procedures – stick to the script and company rules to keep quality high.
- End calls professionally – thank the caller and confirm the next steps.
- Maintain service standards – aim to meet the quality scores set by Truworths.
Who should apply
- Education – Matric (or an equivalent) is required.
- Experience – Previous work in a call centre or customer‑service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
