Main duties

Customer and sales support

  • Be the first point of contact for B2B customers after they make an enquiry.

  • Answer customer questions promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on payments before the order moves to production.

Order and process management

  • Track each order from confirmation right through to delivery.
  • Make sure embroidery approval forms are correct and signed off.
  • Work with the warehouse to pick the right items and move stock.
  • Monitor embroidery progress and overall production timelines.
  • Confirm that every order meets the client’s specifications before it leaves the warehouse.
  • Book couriers and arrange the final delivery to the customer.

Embroidery approval & design help

  • Create simple embroidery approval documents for clients.
  • Update logo placement sketches, garment mock‑ups, and colour tweaks.
  • Use basic Adobe Illustrator (or a similar tool) to make these updates.
  • Learn new design tricks as needed.

Quality control & customer satisfaction

  • Double‑check all details before production starts.
  • Ensure clients have signed off on the right design files.
  • Spot any problems early and suggest quick fixes.
  • Keep a calm, friendly, and professional attitude with every customer.
