Job Description:
Unitrans has an exciting opportunity for experienced General Workers to help with loading and unloading. Check out the requirements and responsibilities below for more details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Clean criminal record
- Medically fit
- Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or transport and logistics
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Self-motivation and the ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Load and unload company products
- Assist drivers with finding delivery locations when needed
- Report delivery-related problems to management
- Compile accurate delivery records and reports
- Obtain signatures from clients and customers for deliveries
- Clean trucks
- Help unload the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift
- Perform general housekeeping tasks
