South African Bank Note – 70x Cleaner: Canteen

To perform overall hygiene services, ensuring clean workstations, walkways, ablutions and storage areas for the South African Bank Note Company (SABN) facilities.
Main Responsibilities (not limited to):
•Carry out cleaning tasks for designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents etc.
•Clean the side walls and pathways.
•Clean the kitchen according to the cleaning schedule in place.
•Washing the dishes, cutlery, food trolleys and trays.
•Daily inspection of the designated areas and completion of the checklist.
•Weekly cleaning of hard-to-reach areas.
•Assisting Stores on Ad hoc duties (Cleaning of fridges and Stores areas)
•Knowledge of chemical used in the kitchen.
The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:
•Grade 12
•1-2 years’ experience in cleaning position
Knowledge and Skills:
•Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment
•Cleaning of all areas
•Health, Safety & Environment
•Company policies, procedures and processes
