Key Responsibilities:
As a Footwear Planner, your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating plans to help the business achieve its goals
- Influencing and implementing merchandise strategies
- Managing the range of products and ensuring they are restocked
- Keeping track of financial metrics and sales trends
- Communicating and building relationships with important stakeholders
- Reporting on performance and presenting action plans to senior management
Qualifications and Experience:
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- A certificate, diploma, or degree in Business administration or equivalent, or at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven working experience as a footwear planner for 3-5 years
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Computer literacy in Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proven decision-making ability
