South African Council for Educators (SACE) Invites suitably qualified graduates to apply for its 2026/2027 Internship Vacancies. The closing date for applications is 7 July 2026.


What the Internship Is About

SACE is offering paid internship placements that last 18 months.

  • NQF Level 6 – R 5 000 per month
  • NQF Level 7 – R 6 500 per month
  • NQF Level 8 – R 7 500 per month

To be considered you must:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Be 35 years old or younger
  • Have finished a degree or diploma at a recognized higher‑learning institution
  • Not have taken part in any SACE internship before
  • Currently be unemployed

Selected interns will sign a contract that runs for the full 18‑month period.

1. Communication Intern

  • Location: SACE Head Office, Centurion

  • Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Communications, Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations (NQF Level 7 – 360 or 480 credits)

  2. Fill out the form exactly as it appears on your CV – any mismatches may lead to rejection.

  3. Gather the following documents:

    • Certified copies of all qualifications (also not older than 6 months)
