Road Accident Fund Invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for its Customer Experience Centre Internship Vacancies. The closing date for applications is 14 July 2026.


What the Internship Is About

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) wants to help young people get real‑world work experience. Four (4) internship spots are open in the Customer Experience Centre (CEC). The placement lasts 18 months and is aimed at unemployed graduates aged 18‑25.

During the internship you will see how the Fund deals with road‑accident claims, helps claimants, and runs everyday office tasks. A background check will be done to confirm you have not worked for the RAF before.


Things You Might Do on the Job

  • Answer questions – Help people who call or visit, give them information, and guide them through the claim process.
  • Register new claims – Put new cases into the system and check that the paperwork is correct.
  • Check the facts – Look at accident details to decide if the Fund is responsible.
  • Office work – Sort files, type data, and keep claim records organized.

  5. No prior internships: If you have ever done a similar internship, you are not eligible.
  6. Honesty matters: If you hide a previous internship and we later discover it, you will be disqualified.
  7. Security check: All successful candidates will go through a security vetting process.
