As a Feeder Driver, you’ll be more than just a driver. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring products reach customers on time while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Your Role as a Feeder Driver

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Stock Management:
   • Deliver stock based on invoices or picking lists, ensuring accuracy.
   • Handle product returns and buybacks while keeping accurate records using a handheld computer device (HHC).
   • Verify that all stock reaches the correct customer safely.
2. Vehicle Care and Maintenance:
   • Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure the delivery vehicle operates smoothly.
   • Keep the vehicle clean, both inside and out, representing PepsiCo’s commitment to excellence.
3. Customer Interaction:
   • Provide professional proof of delivery (PODs) to clients.
   • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
4. Operational Excellence:
   • Supervise and guide delivery assistants to maintain efficiency.
   • Adhere to health and safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
   • Follow traffic laws and pre-planned routes to ensure timely delivery.

What You Need to Apply
