Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation and Quality
- Prepare menu items in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure food safety standards are strictly adhered to.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations as outlined in the SOP.
- Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
- Speed of Service
- Balance quality and efficiency to maintain Pedros’ reputation for swift service.
Requirements to Succeed in This Role
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment.
- Education: A National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
