What the job involves
A Sales Consultant at iStore Somerset West works to turn every visitor into a happy Apple user. The role mixes three core ideas:
- Know the tech – learn the features of iPhones, iPads, MacBooks and Apple services.
- Talk to people – greet customers, ask what they need, and suggest the right product or service.
