About the Role

As a Field Technician, you’ll be part of the Operations Department, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Your main responsibilities will involve installing, repairing, and maintaining ABMs (Automated Banking Machines) and docking stations. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual with technical skills who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installations and Maintenance

  • Install and deinstall ABMs efficiently.
  • Provide hands-on training for customers on new ABMs.
  • Maintain docking stations and implement new modifications.
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks align with the company’s high standards.

2. Operational Excellence

  • Address customer needs promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all work meets SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements.
  • Maintain company-issued equipment in excellent condition.
  • Log all activities in the call logging system for reference and billing.

3. Client Retention

  • Build positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service.
  • Provide effective training to ensure customers are confident using the devices.

4. Customer Service

  • Perform on-site spot fixes when necessary.
  • Attend to technical call-outs within SLA timeframes.
  • Be available for extended hours when required.

5. Health and Safety

  • Participate in the creation and monitoring of safety plans.
  • Report and discuss all safety incidents across all levels.
  • Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear protective clothing at all times and attend safety education programs.
