Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- National Diploma or National N Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Social Sciences, or Business Management (NQF Level 6 with 240 credits).
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in customer relations.
