Responsibilities of a YES Learner
Stock Control:
- Manage and order stock effectively, minimizing losses.
- Prevent out-of-stock situations and report any issues.
- Accurately place orders according to company schedules.
Merchandising:
- Keep shelves clean and well-stocked, following merchandising principles.
- Ensure crates, equipment, and fridges are well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate and updated price labels.
Point of Sale Material:
- Set up and manage point-of-sale materials.
Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with store managers, customers, and the Clover team.
- Maximize product visibility on shelves.
