Requirements:
- Grade 12 with at least 60% in Physical Science and Mathematics (not maths literacy), or
- NQF Level 4 in Electrical and Mechanical subjects
- Practical experience in a production or maintenance department is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities: During the Apprenticeship program, you will:
- Complete practical and theoretical requirements
- Study and understand relevant learning outcomes
- Take courses at formal learning institutions
- Gain practical experience in a manufacturing plant
- Complete general induction, maintenance theory and practice, dairy technology, productivity, and economy subjects
- Finish practical training curriculum and Millwright Trade Test at the designated Training Centre
- Be placed at a manufacturing plant for hands-on experience
