Key Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing daily:

1. Smooth POS Operations: Handle transactions quickly and accurately, including scanning merchandise, collecting payments, and processing Clicks Clubcard rewards.
2. Cash Safety: Manage cash with care and adhere to all safety protocols.
3. Promote Clubcard Memberships: Help customers sign up for the Clubcard and ensure they know about its rewards.
4. Boost Sales: Inform customers about promotions and upsell products to drive sales.
5. Customer Service Excellence: Be approachable, friendly, and professional, acting as a Clicks brand ambassador.
6. Merchandising & Housekeeping: Keep shelves neat, stocked, and appealing while maintaining a clean store environment.
7. Stay Updated: Learn about product ranges, ongoing promotions, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.

What You’ll Need

Knowledge & Experience

• Essential:
  • Basic math skills.
  • Grade 12 qualification.
• Desirable:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role within retail or FMCG operations.
  • Grade 12 with 50% in Maths and English.
  • Understanding of merchandising and stock management.
