Citi Invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for its 2026 ICRM Graduate Learnership Programme. The closing date for applications is 31 October 2026.

Citi South Africa is launching a one‑year Graduate Learnership in the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team. The programme gives fresh university graduates real‑world experience in compliance, regulatory risk and financial services. While you’re learning, you can also put your name forward for a permanent role.


What You’ll Learn

During the 12‑month learnership you will work on the core parts of compliance risk management, such as:

  • Spotting and reporting suspicious money‑movement (Anti‑Money Laundering)
  • Identifying and measuring compliance risks
