What the Job Is All About
As a Technician Level 2 – Workshop, you will be part of the team that keeps all coffee‑dispensing machines in tip‑top shape. Your day will mix hands‑on repair work with tidy‑up tasks, paperwork and teamwork. You will report to the Workshop Supervisor and follow CIRO’s safety rules at every step.

- Help unload delivery containers and make sure the workshop stays tidy after each job.
- Prepare the training room so it is ready for new staff or refresher sessions.
- Strip, descale and clean all moving parts of coffee equipment.
- Re‑assemble repaired parts and put equipment back together.
- Carry out pre‑delivery inspections to confirm everything works before a machine leaves the shop.
- Fix any faulty equipment you find, using the right tools and parts.
- Log part usage on consumption sheets with correct codes and descriptions.
- Submit repeat‑call reports, timesheets, tool‑check records, overtime forms and leave requests on time.
- Sign off on Performance Deliverables (PDIs) after work is finished.
- Wear the required protective gear and use approved tools safely.
- Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures in the workshop.
- Keep track of spare parts and choose replacements that save money without lowering quality.
- Promote CIRO’s core values and always strive for high‑standard workmanship.
- Take on any extra tasks the Supervisor or Technical Manager assigns.
