Day‑to‑day duties

  • Help the team with everyday supply‑chain and production tasks.
  • Support planning of materials, moving stock, and keeping inventory records up‑to‑date.
  • Assist in organising incoming raw materials and packing outgoing finished goods.
  • Check stock levels and flag any shortages or mistakes.
  • Take part in scheduling production runs and planning work flow.
  • Enter data into the company’s supply‑chain system and keep records tidy.
  • Work with the warehouse, production floor, and logistics crew to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Join projects that look for ways to do things faster or cheaper.
  • Follow safety, quality, and operational rules at all times.
  • Keep accurate paperwork for stock and shipments.
  • Talk with supervisors about any bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
  • Get hands‑on experience with ERP software and other supply‑chain tools.
  • Help prepare daily reports that show how the operation is performing.
