Day‑to‑day duties
- Help the team with everyday supply‑chain and production tasks.
- Support planning of materials, moving stock, and keeping inventory records up‑to‑date.
- Assist in organising incoming raw materials and packing outgoing finished goods.
- Check stock levels and flag any shortages or mistakes.
- Take part in scheduling production runs and planning work flow.
- Enter data into the company’s supply‑chain system and keep records tidy.
- Work with the warehouse, production floor, and logistics crew to keep everything running smoothly.
- Join projects that look for ways to do things faster or cheaper.
- Follow safety, quality, and operational rules at all times.
- Keep accurate paperwork for stock and shipments.
- Talk with supervisors about any bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Get hands‑on experience with ERP software and other supply‑chain tools.
- Help prepare daily reports that show how the operation is performing.
