As a Bank Better Champion, you’ll be the face of our bank, welcoming clients and providing them with excellent service. What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Bank Better Champion, your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This will involve:

  • Welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow to ensure efficient queue functioning
  • Providing excellent service and assisting clients at the ATM and on remote or self-service channels
  • Gaining knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting

What We’re Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have the following:

  • A Grade 12 National Certificate (minimum qualification)
  • Basic calculations skills
  • Ability to engage with people and understand their needs
  • Clarity and understanding of your own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with:

  • Some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment
  • Knowledge of bank branch environments
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)

The Skills You’ll Need:

As a Bank Better Champion, you’ll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be computer literate, with a good understanding of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
