What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Service Consultant, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them to bank better and live better. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, using your skills and knowledge to resolve client queries, process transactions, and promote our products and services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- A minimum of 3-6 months’ experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a retail, financial, or banking environment
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a similar field (ideal)
- Certification in Finance or Banking (ideal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
- A clear criminal and credit record
- Ability to have fingerprints that are detectable/recognisable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system
