As a Stellenbosch Assessor – Life and Credit Life Non-Medical West, you’ll play a vital role in improving claims operational excellence, increasing customer satisfaction, and minimizing losses for Capitec Insurance.

What you’ll be required to do:
- Support the Non-Medical Claims Process Set-up
- Assess and resolve Non-Medical Claims
- Handle Non-Medical Claims Queries and Complaints
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
We’re looking for someone with:
- More than 2 years of practical experience in Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance Claims Assessment
- Ideal: Practical experience in assessing Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance products, as well as an Occupational Certificate of a course on Long-term Life Insurance Claims Assessor
Other essential requirements:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Ideal: A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Forensics
- Minimum knowledge of:
- The long-term insurance industry and claims handling processes
- Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance Products
- Relevant legal framework relating to funeral and life insurance claims
- Ideal: Practical experience in assessing Life and Non-Medical Credit Life Insurance products
