Job Purpose:
As a Client Care Agent at Capitec Bank, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to attend to clients’ inquiries and complaints related to account information and card transactions. You will also provide support to clients using our Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative service and support to Capitec Bank’s clients
- Utilize product knowledge to attend to enquiries and complaints relating to account information and card transactions
- Provide support to clients making use of Capitec Bank’s Internet Banking and Mobile Banking services
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an inbound contact centre or customer service role
- Customer service experience and a proven track record of providing excellent service
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of call centre processes and procedures, customer care and service protocol
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, telephonic/call skills, and attention to detail
Conditions of Employment:

- Willingness to work regular shifts, weekends, or rotational standbys
