What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a banking, retail, finance, or client service environment
- Basic knowledge of banking or financial principles and environment
- Basic telesales techniques and methods
- Basic sales principles and techniques
- Basic operational and product knowledge
- Capitec Bank Products and Procedure
- Good communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Selling skills
- Influencing skills
- Telephonic / Call skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Management or Business Management
- 1-2 years’ experience in a contact centre environment and/or function-relevant experience, preferably sales and/or service.
