Job Summary:

As a Technical Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, implementing new processes and systems, coordinating with other departments and teams, monitoring and analyzing performance data, providing technical support, communicating with partners, continuously monitoring and improving processes, identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting to the EXCO.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the operations team: This includes tasks such as creating operational reports, compiling change requests, attending operations meetings. You will be the go-to person for any administrative tasks that need to be completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with implementing new processes and systems: You will be responsible for ensuring that new processes and systems are implemented smoothly. This includes identifying and addressing any issues that may arise quickly. You will also be responsible for implementing dashboards for visibility of products and systems and maintaining them.
  • Coordinating with other departments and teams: You will work closely with other departments, such as IT, HR, and product-line specific teams to ensure that the organization’s processes and systems are integrated and running efficiently. This includes communicating with stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
  • Monitoring and analysing performance data: You will use performance data to identify trends and issues and make recommendations for improvements. This includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
  • Providing technical support: You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that impact Live Better delivery and client experience. This includes coordinating with various departments and vendors to address technical issues.
  • Communication with partners: You will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both internal colleagues and a diverse range of external stakeholders. This strategic relationship management is crucial for fostering collaboration and driving the successful achievement of our organizational objectives.
  • Continuously monitoring and improving processes: You will continuously monitor and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and monitoring the effectiveness of changes.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks: You will identify risks that could impact the organization’s operations and raise formal Enterprise risks and consult with other stakeholders on risk mitigation.
  • Reporting: You will assist in the preparation of accurate, critical analysis of Operational information to present to EXCO to inform strategic decision making.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in a related field (e.g., Operations, Business Administration, IT)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems
