Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to internal customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to databases, network, and operating systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve system issues, including testing and implementing new software.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of:
- Databases and query language (i.e. SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL)
