About the Role
As a Service Consultant at Capitec Bank, your primary goal is to provide top-notch customer service and exceed our clients’ expectations. The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3-6 months of previous experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment. If you don’t have experience, a relevant tertiary qualification can still make you a great fit.
- Proven track record of sales and customer-facing experience.
- A degree in Commerce or a related field, or a certification in Finance or Banking.
Preferred Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field.
- Certification in Finance or Banking.
What You’ll Need to Know
- Basic arithmetic skills and knowledge of the retail/consumer service environment.
- Familiarity with Capitec Bank’s products.
- Understanding of internal business processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with organisational Policies, including the Branch Credit Granting Policy.
Essential Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Employment Requirements
- A clear criminal and credit record.
- We must be able to detect and recognize your fingerprints on our internal electronic banking system.
