• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the security team, fostering continuous improvement.

Quality Safety, Security, and Risk Management:

• Offer specialized expertise on safety and security matters, ensuring risk awareness and compliance.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation protocols, including communication and reporting systems.
• Support to ensure compliance with OHASA regulations and company policies.

General Leadership and Management of Properties Security Department:

• Establish an effective team structure to deliver departmental goals and targets.
• Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of security team members.
• Foster stakeholder internal and external relationships to enhance security standards across the organisation.

Requirements:

• A relevant degree in a field such as security, law enforcement, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a financial institution.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and direct a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
