Job Description:
As a Receptionist West, you will be responsible for receiving, directing, and assisting external and internal clients, as well as coordinating and administering processes and maintaining the tidiness of the main reception and meeting rooms. Responsibilities:
- Receive, direct, and assist external and internal clients
- Coordinate and administrate processes and maintain the tidiness of the main reception and meeting rooms
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Ensure excellent customer service and communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in administrative processes
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Basic business and accounting knowledge
- Admin systems knowledge
- Client and reception interaction
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Communications Skills
- Numerical Reasoning skills
- Commercial Thinking Skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
