As a Bank Better Champion West, you’ll be responsible for welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning, providing excellent client service, and assisting clients at the ATM and on remote or self-service channels. In this role, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.

What Do I Need to Qualify?

To be considered for this position, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications: A Grade 12 National Certificate is required. No prior experience is necessary, but it’s a plus if you have some client service experience within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
  • Knowledge: You’ll need to have basic calculations skills, be able to engage with people, and have a clear understanding of your own aspirations and be eager to learn.
  • Ideal Qualifications: Knowledge of bank branch environments, Capitec Bank products, and business processes (internal) is a plus.
