About the Job

As a Bank Better Champion, you’ll be responsible for welcoming clients and coordinating the branch flow through efficient queue functioning, providing excellent customer service, and assisting clients at the ATM and on remote or self-service channels. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist clients at the ATM and on remote or self-service channels
  • Gain knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting

Requirements

  • No experience is required, but you must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate
  • Some client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment is ideal

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • Ideal qualifications include a tertiary qualification in a related field

Knowledge

  • Basic calculations
  • How to engage with people
  • Clarity and understanding of own aspirations, being ambitious and keen to learn
  • Knowledge of bank branch environments
  • Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and business processes (internal)

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
