About the Job

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and programs that enhance relationships between employees and line leaders
• Address workplace issues and opportunities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Lead a team of employee relations experts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and metrics to drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and implement HR-related initiatives
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees, line leaders, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of open communication and transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in employee relations, HR, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies and policies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
